My name is Oscar Barajas, and CHILUDOS Fine Street Tacos is my way of sharing my grandmother's legacy with you. I opened this business in 2024 along side my wife Lila and my three children in the heart of Mont Belvieu, TX for the sole reason of bringing authentic Mexican flavors passed down from my family to the area. Growing up in a family from Jalisco, I spent countless hours in my grandmother's kitchen, watching her transform simple ingredients into the most incredible meals I've ever tasted. She didn’t believe in buying anything from the market, every dish was made from scratch. Grandma taught me that authentic Mexican food isn't just about recipes—it's about love, tradition, and bringing families together. Every dish we serve uses time-honored techniques and the same flavors that have been cherished in my family for generations.
